Suggestions for improvement
- Add a management structure back into place to provide that structure and job growth opportunities back to the employees. Restructure the meetings so that those who aren't working on the tasks at hand don't need to stop what they are doing to attend yet another worthless meeting.
What I like about the company
BBB corporate office is local (to me) and offers free parking
What I dislike about the company
BBB recently started using the Agile methodology and flattened out it's management structure. Managers were made into Engineers and are now managed by Project Managers. This has resulted in a loss of direction and this methodology has turned everyone into a Jack of all trades with so many meetings you can't get the job done. It also removes any potential growth for an employee.
