- Better work place structure. Better firmer return policy. Better employee discount (currently its what they offer to customers 20% off). Clear HR structure not this gray area stuff.

How it has different parts of the parent company and different rules for each of the separate division. (eg. dress code for Bye Bye Baby and Bed Bath & Beyond, Return policy, etc).
