At times it's a party atmosphere, since they distribute beer.
Support from Management
Leadership only discusses things when something is wrong and they blame it on the employee rather then their bad management/ business plan. No positive renenforcement for job well done.
Some teamwork, probably because they don't want to get yelled at by management
You find things out after the fact. Upper management very secretive when it comes to business dealings
