the monthly meeting were for training and for chastising the staff. The manager usually ignored all feedback from staff.
Support from management
Staff were treated differently some were help by management when they needed coverage while others were told to find their own coverage
Freedom to work independently
Staff had to work alone with up to eight individuals who had varying degrees of mental illnesses.
Managers appear angry if staff had any complaints!
Attitude towards older colleagues
If the manager did not like you them she gave you more chores to do, I am not sure if this had to do with her having another job or not?
none that I know of
Overall compensation for your work
At the holidays some staff were given monetary gifts from 25 dollars to three hundred dollars.
Office / Work Environment
The women's house was very hostile to staff.
This was very important to management and they made certain staff abided by these rules
Once when staff had a accident, and ended up at the hospital, management when notified told staff they had better find coverage!!!
There is no job security here.
No these residents were not handicap accessible.
Yes, this housing were safe at times depending on the residents living there. However there were times when staff did not feel safe.
None at all
Inclusive / Diverse
This they did it did not matter what race gender of sexual orientation a individual was they were all treated the same
Suggestions for improvement
- The employees should be given praise and raises when they have went above and beyond what is expected of them. Also management should access each situation in each house and place enough staff depending on the diagnoses of individuals housed there.
What I like about the company
I love that this company supports people with mental illness, and doesn't charge them their whole disability income.
What I dislike about the company
