Company Culture

I think there are some great coworkers but no one enjoys working there. It is clear that the company is focused on money and not clients, which results in miserable employees.

Support from management

Leadership is unrealistic and management is poor. Instability in the company and CEO is focused on money which trickles down throughout management

Teamwork

Coworkers are mostly kind and helpful. Some have been burnt out and are not as helpful.

Internal Communication

Changes are a a every day thing but so is the employee structure. People leave as quickly as they come and there is not good system of notification. No communication about organization progress or plans.

Gender Equality

There are many women is supervisory roles.

Attitude towards older colleagues

There are some long-serving employees and a lot of them have grown in the organization. I don't see many gray hair employees.

Support from management

There is no upper management support , and if pt.care is having issues and you don't co.ply with management, you're fired

Suggestions for improvement

  • Reorganizeing of all upper management, more employee training, management especially the don to back up her nurses, they have a high turnover, more experienced nursing staff with acute care background. Not having a psychiatrist for a medical director. Real therapists opposed to social workers.treat all staff as equal,
  • Management that have compassion for the pts and staff.managment shouldn't yell at staff, and treating staff with respect and recognizing when staff makes a difference and give excellent care to the pt. Opposed to firing them.
