Suggestions for improvement
- Revise the importance of degree's for upper management that have experience and proven track record. Utilize feedback from employees who have worked for prior owner for 20 years instead of firing them.
I like about the employer
Growing company with enthusiasm. Great vacation benefits for upper management, continued training a plus.
I dislike about the employer
At times shows little understanding for the special needs of the population served. Owners allowed to make important decisions without knowledge and experience that affects client care and staff interaction.
