Support from management
There truly are no leaders withing this organization, merely a group if inexperienced managers that struggle to keep things together.
It's difficult to create a work environment where the employees can feel confident and secure about their abilities and experience when constantly instructed to do the wrong things by management.
The information almost seems to be on a need to know basis from upper management, even when the employees are sent into environments where even the clients seem to know little about what is going on.
If you can't brown nose, you'll go nowhere.
Attitude towards older colleagues
One of the biggest divides full of tension at any place I have ever worked.
They will tell you you'll see the stars, then hand you a cheap telescope.
Office / Work Environment
Presentation is everything to this company, but things are very different behind the facade.
The only social awareness I found from this company was in building relationships to fill the golf course to pat each other on the back.
Image, like a fake plastic toy, is everything here.
If your secure being stuck where you are then its great.
Once they started showing any kind of concern for following safety protocals and hired someone to manage this, it got better.
Very challenging work here. Go into distressed environments, work with little to no supervision, make the best with what you have, and you better smile the while time!

Suggestions for improvement
- Restaff upper management and become more closely acquainted with the inner functions of office development and employee building.

Honestly, being away from the confusion and misdirection is what I like most about this place.
