District culture depends on your school site. And also depends on the Admin. Most admin were promoted because of problems they were having at another site.
Support from management
No support, they talk about support, they ask what you need. But it's all smoke and mirrors
They do not care
Overall compensation for your work
You work out of class uncompensated. Mgmt lacks back bones and common sense

- Get rid of a few bad apples and maybe you'll pull yourself back into good graces with current employees.
