Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to the people. Listen to the tenants and building managers; they are on the front-lines, they are living what the Directors are implementing, they are the face of the organization. They are the most experienced and realistic voices in the organization. Stop dispensing lip service to employees and when you give them a new task, provide the real and feasible means of doing it (which you promised); not later, not soon, not "we're working on it", not tomorrow - NOW - or better yet, BEFORE you implement the new policy or procedure!
