Friendly, fun atmosphere. Lots of joking around, talking about sports. A lot of people have been here for a long time and know each other's families. Owner is hands-on and makes sure he meets employees.
Support from management
Sales managers that interact with all offices and every rep to get them new courses and make sure they're selling and being held to the expectations. Upper management reviews pay and makes sure your pay is fair for what you sell.
Always a team effort to get to the number. One of the best reps in the company goes into the training area to help new people get numbers and make more money.
Freedom to work independently
Once you have a course, you can sell basically any company (as long as it's ok with compliance) and find leads however works for you. No micro managing.
Lots of growth and many departments- growing pains and some communication issues.
Not many women on sales floor.
Lots of growth and new opportunity/departments. Promote reps to office managers (and move them to new cities), promote reps or others into higher roles.
Overall compensation for your work
Pays higher than other sales jobs in the area. Good bonus structure, cash every day you sell.
No idea if we recycle but we go through so much paper. Could do more things digitally.
Mostly normal 8-5 week day hours but if the number isn't hit people do have to work late. Never heard of any weekends required though.
Again with growing pains- lots of reviews floating around even though 99% of customers are satisfied.
As long as you're selling, this is 5 stars. If you aren't consistent or hit a wall, you're at risk.
One level office with no entry steps
Every day is a grind!
Suggestions for improvement
- More sales contests for new reps
