Support from management
The owner did not care about his employees. Many employees did not get paid correctly including the manager.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give small gas gift cards to get the sales person started. Also be honest about the positions available. Do not waste people's time and gas.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
No communication. The company advertise as though there are other positions besides sales positions. Once they get you in the door they'll give you a speech on how you can make a lot of money. That's not true. The sales person has to spend time and gas money before making a dime.
