Not really. Managers exercise favoritism.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have an open door policy. Listen to employees, and make them priority. Employees work hard to give the residents quality of life. Refrain from prioritizing to hire relatives, give external applicants a chance.
What I like about the company
Flexibility on approving time-offs.
What I dislike about the company
Favoritism, hired relative more than anybody else.
