5 years ago this was great, until we got our new COO. He's horrible and has stripped the culture out of Benefitfocus.
Support from Management
Management is horrible now. If you tell them another associate is harassing you, they ignore you and then basically act like you're the person in the wrong. If you ask for help because you're doing 10 people's workloads instead of 1 they will fire you / lay you off because they can easily outsource you to India or the Philippines for 500/mth instead of 40+/year.
