Support from Management

Leadership? If you mean a group of college graduates that climbed the corporate ladder by sleeping with each other and then with the top executives that ruined marriages and allowed for promotions without Merritt, then the leadership was completely inept. There was no for employee development or coaching or growth.

Career Development

There is no career development because there are no expectations set of what should be accomplished within the job and or project. There are no tools for personal development or for career development. Promotion does not equal growth.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Start over with all new management.

I like about the employer

Honestly, very, very little.

I dislike about the employer

They will simply overload you with work. I do not mean 50 - 60 hours per week. This is more like 70 - 80 + for sometimes up to 3 -4 months. They horribly disorganized from a managerial perspective. They are commonly referred to a meat grinder by people who have worked there. I hear there are positions that are normal as far as hours go but I have no personal knowledge of which ones they are. Some people believe in leprechauns too. Be very careful and ask very through questions during your interview process.
