Support from Management
Leadership dealt with conflict by intimidating employees into doing it his way.
Company does not develop skills that will be valuable for career development.
Management made sure certain employees were not included in broker meetings due to his perspective of their attractiveness.
I dislike about the employer
Wasted tons of money on technology that didn't work effectively. Could never produce a system that would make them a leader in the technology side of the industry that so desperately needed technology.
