Suggestions for improvement
- Improve in communication, which is causing some turnaround
I was hired to start a new department with little to no supervision from leadership. There were all these incredible expectations but little support.
Only minor issues with colleagues, like anywhere else there is friction.
Initially my position was autonomous but when impossible goals were not achieved within a small time frame, I was bombarded daily.
Little to no communication and no one seems to be on the same page
