Suggestions for improvement
- Treat employees as you would want to be treated. Improve very poor working conditions. Do not make promises you don't intend to keep. Eliminate "Up to and including termination" in every policy you think up. Annual reviews with pay raises. Set a percentage for 401K. Train new hires, don't just turn them loose and expect them to perform.
What I like about the company
12hr rotating shifts
What I dislike about the company
90+ degrees and 98% humidity year round. No ventilation. Mandatory work on holidays, days off. No performance reviews = no raises. Poor housekeeping. Empty promises (unless you have it in writing.) Very negative atmosphere. Contributes to 401K once a year if the company feels it should at an unknown % until announced.
