Support from management
As a leader, much is emphazised on self management and development. Because you are entrusted with so much responsibility, as such, the expectation is set that you will deliver.
The more tenured members cling on to old processes that greatly benefit them. With the recent growth, newer leadership has brought on fresh ideas that benefit everyone.
Suggestions for improvement
- Understand the business acquired to better understand if company wide policies are feasable to be implemented.
What I like about the company
The people keep me coming back. While at times I may have disagreed with policies, people care enough to find ways to work around challenging changes where you feel supported.
What I dislike about the company
Being recently acquired by a larger corporation, some of the more presonal touches have been lost. Which of course is understandable.
