Support from Management
Talk a good game when they are approached, but there is hardly ever any follow through on what was said or promised.
Again it's all about keeping a positive image.
They care about their public image.
It's retail after all.
What I dislike about the company
They should to go back to more hands on training rather than just rollout videos for the employees to watch and answet a few questions on to ensure they retained something. Go back to monthly store meetings. Miee cross department training (especially now that there are so few employees in the store.)
