Suggestions for improvement
- I think the company should get more shops for the mystery shoppers to do so that way it can help improve the customer service and the cleanness in the workforce. They should continue to let people know that if they continue to cancel their shops they will be terminated from the company.
What I like about the company
The company is okay I liked how I get the opportunity to go to different stores, restaurants, car dealerships and other places to evaluate the customer service, the cleanness, and etc.
