Departments should work together, not against each other for the greater good of the company and employee morale
Support from management
If leadership actually listened to the workers, repetitive failures would be eliminated, turnover would be down and more money could be kept in the company as well as keeping customers happy
Employees should not be afraid of being thrown under the bus at any moment, this is how to lose a lot of good employees -- in all departments
Claiming this is a family business and then expecting employees to work 10 hours days, seven days a week speaks otherwise
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to the employees to avoid the constant turnover.
What I like about the company
Betacom Inc has okay salaries and benefits. The office locations are convenient.
What I dislike about the company
Betacom Inc does not take their employees seriously and consider them dispensable. This is a good stepping stone to other companies as a last resort.
