Unprofessional, disorganized, rude.
Poor. Never given proper orientation or direction. Extremely inappropriate when repeated requests were made for job purposes.
Clear discriminatory behavior towards older workers, those not of color or like religion. Frighteningly biased and cruel toward patients and certain staff.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Seniors may be hired but are mostly dismissed without warning prior to 90 day peobationary period completion. Hostile environment.

Office / Work Environment
Filthy, depressing office provided with no chair, telephone, basic supplies. I.e.; pens, paper, etc., or working computer. Basically designed for failure.
The Administration with a few notable exceptions were seemingly unconcerned with patient care and only concerned with billing matters. It was a hostile work environment in all possible areas.
Union scale and hours however due to lack of training or functioning computers, telephones, etc. the workload was impossible to manage
For the most part staff seemed to be divided and suspicious. Employees seemed disatisfied and frightened of repercussions. The image did not reflect the reality of the situation and unfortunately patient care suffered.
None unless 90 day probationary period passed. No recourse or discussion.
Dirty, unsanitary, poor ventilation, lip-service training i.e. going over a policy quickly and employees forced to sign they'd been trained.
Inclusive / Diverse
They state they do however in actuality do not. Heavily biased against those employees not of color.
Suggestions for improvement
- Professional, courteous, culturally competent, zero tolerance for abuse of any kind. Management and middle management who are seasoned veterans understanding the populations served, not children with the appropriate level of education, safe work conditions, equity among rank and file workers, some sort of checks and balances to ensure proper care of both patients and staff. No firing of staff without opportunities to correct mistakes which also involves making sure all new staff are provided the same training and adequate tools needed to complete job assignments. Avoid nepotism and cronyism.
What I like about the company
I had a horrible experience and would never consider returning or recommending it to others.
What I dislike about the company
Cruel, biased, inappropriate, inaccurate, culture of fear and unsupportive to those not "favored". Quite disappointing and dishonest.
