High turn over and low morale created a stressful working environment
High pressure working environment due to high turnover, low pay and low morale.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to show greater appreciation for the hard work and effort expended by the understaffed team instead of treating us as expendables just because we have "a job".
I like about the employer
Nothing. Promises of desirable long-term employment do not pan out. It is just a routine "job" with nothing to look forward to.
