The office was a disaster. Employees came and went every month. Abusive vulgar people.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire more people to run the office more effectively. Too much backlog of work due to continual turnover of employees. No possible way to get the workload under control with people doing double jobs. Office manager/accountant/receptionist. Paralegal/backup receptionist/copy person/delivery person/mail person
