Lack of understanding of role of nursing in mental healthcare from a nurse's perspective.

Poorly defined goals. Little support in clarifying goals.
Team members supportive.
Interpersonal relationships are not well managed. Petty complaints are become major events due to poor conflict resolution skills within management.
Fair gender equality.
Zero enhancement opportunities for RNs.
Overall compensation for your work
Benefits average. Poor wages for nurses.
Office / Work Environment
Not enough training for use of effective use of software.
Staff in adequately trained to perform work in unsafe areas of communities.
Suggestions for improvement
- Reconsider pay for front line staff. Increase training opportunities within the company. Effective IT training. Improve communication system between programs. More team building.
What I like about the company
They have a good mission.
What I dislike about the company
They do not effectively utilize staff or pay them for levels of expertise.
