Suggestions for improvement
- Thou shalt NOT allow new hires to be paid more than the individuals who are training them and vastly outperforming them. Develop better accountability and performance incentives. Cameras on aisles would help "separate the wheat from the chaff" on night shift. Otherwise, a simple weighted average box count with one member rotating trucks per week could easily show who is fast and who is slow, although the emphasis on speed over organization and quality blocking is counterproductive. Also need more communication.
