Company culture

Do as your told and dont spend any money to keep the site running!

Support from Management

Management by intimidation rules.

Overall Compensation for your work

Fair but nothing special.

Job security

We were under the constant threat of layoffs due to the company's loss of market share.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Get rid of the current management staff to start.

What I like about the company

It was a paycheck.

What I dislike about the company

Backstabbing management and the fact that the culture was that if you made a mistake you should throw someone else under the bus for it. Taking one for the team is not a good thing at BIC. You cannot trust anyone.
