there is little to no commendations from supervisors, there is very little trust, and almost no fairness.
Support from management
Upper management allows for some employee input, but does not follow thru if any cost is present
there is team work in two areas, techs help techs, and parts and service help each other.
Freedom to work independently
only a couple employees seem to do 90% of the work.
