Attitude towards older colleagues
There is definitely a culture of hiring boppy, blonde, early 20 somethings there.
Absolutely a culture of favoritism, with 21 year olds with lesser degrees and tenure being promoted first.
Overall compensation for your work
Unnecessary positions were "created" with inappropriate titles and higher compensation in order to keep certain favorite employees.
They laid people off out of the blue with no warning as to there being any trouble. They do not know how to manage their money at all and had to shut down regional branches and merge with Tampa due to this incompetence.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse ideas were not encouraged, things were always done the same no matter how inefficient, and certain groups of people were not allowed to advance or even hired.
What I like about the company
The work was challenging and I was always busy. The office was well maintained. They knew how to throw a fundraising or donor event.
What I dislike about the company
Poor communication, incompetent and untrained management, no appreciation for hard work or years of devotion and loyalty.
