Management is very understanding and kind. They'll work with you if you're having trouble
You're assigned an L cart or pallet to work, but you'll rarely work one alone. In my time there, I've only worked alone once.
Yeah, there's a small quota to meet and you gotta tell the boss when you're going on break/lunch, but that's to be expected. You choose when all your breaks are, and whether or not you wanna take a break at all. Lunches are mandatory, though.
The only people who work here are old or need a little job to get back on their feet.
The expectations are very unrealistic they expect you to be superman or superwoman it sometimes can mess up the work flow
The managers are never on the same page I honestly do not understand how the store functions as well as it does
