Suggestions for improvement
- Maybe TEST more of the new program in a group of stores - before they roll out to the entire company
Once again too many changes without proper planning
Always changing. Too many changes to execute a solid plan. Never enough payroll
Good Teamwork at store level. Upper management too inconsistent
DM and Regionl Manager never seemed on the same page. DM use RM name to put fear in store management team!
Not a good environment if you were 45 or older. DM unfair with expectations
