Most colleagues get along very well yet there are some that spread rumors, gossip and lie about you to others.
Suggestions for improvement
- Truly value your employees more and offer a higher rate of pay. Also, previous experience should be taken highly into consideration. Raises should be given based on work and employees should not need to ask for their performance to be reviewed.
