Capricious decisions from top management. They"re used to managing a hotel, not an aerospace company. Rules are announced but never enforced until they want to you, then use breaking the rules as an excuse to deny unemployment insurance.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They hired a lot of older workers--fifties and sixties.
