Culture...not so much.
Support from management
There is slim to none when it comes to leadership at this company.
It feels like constant competition, and coworker's are not supportive of one another.
Freedom to work independently
You are completely on your own in figuring out what your job duties are.
Absolutely terrible. It seems as if public humiliation of fellow employees is accepted and encouraged.
Not at all, promotions are based on how well liked an individual is by certain staff, and not based on qualifications, competency or seniority.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There is literally one senior citizen working there...
Overall compensation for your work
The salary is ok, however there are people working there being paid unfairly.
Office / Work Environment
Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
People take advantage of how lax the company is in this department. There literally is not a time clock, time card, nothing. Employees literally come and go as they please.
It is a joke to all staff.
Again, depends on how well liked you are, and if you don't challenge the authority figures.
Not accessible at all.
Not safe or sanitary working conditions at all.
The work is challenging due to the clientele that is served, also in the sense that if you are able to tolerate the personalities of different staff working there.
Inclusive / Diverse
Not at all. I literally heard a staff member refer to a client as "the Asian guy."
Suggestions for improvement
- A lot of proper training for all staff from management to direct service providers is a must, major building restoration or perhaps relocation to a better area more recovery friendly and cleaner environment. Professionalism needs to be taught across the board.
What I like about the company
I liked nothing.
What I dislike about the company
I could go on and on.
