There is slim to none when it comes to leadership at this company.
It feels like constant competition, and coworker's are not supportive of one another.
Level of Autonomy
You are completely on your own in figuring out what your job duties are.
Absolutely terrible. It seems as if public humiliation of fellow employees is accepted and encouraged.
