There is no family consideration outside of work. Seniority means nothing when it comes to holidays and week-ends
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of upper management that have been there too long causing issues to be sour not looking for ways to praise employees for their hard life threatening work. Not enough incentives for an employee to want to thrive, improve on the raise factor. Value the employee more and take into consideration there is life after Bill & Wags Inc.
