The heirarcy was in place. All employees were answerable to the owner/CEO and her son. The leads were tasked to handle sensitive and volatile accounts. Training was scant but task intensive. Workflow was set up with many safety nets. The culture of the organization was fraught with negativity and high through put. Very much stressful environment.
No training was offered but it was an open office. All answered to the owner/CEO and her son. No benefits or perks offered. No extras given or able to be earned.
Suggestions for improvement
- Policies and procedures should be written and accessible for all employees. Job descriptions should be written out and accisinle to employees.
What I like about the company
The owner /CEO started the company. She is dedicated and knowledgable about her niche industry.
What I dislike about the company
No benefits offered. Highly stressful job little reward for work done.
