Management would rather find an excuse to lay you off than resolve issues regarding the role in which you were placed.
Great teamwork within teams, but not between different teams

- Take a personal interest in your employees, treat them as humans, discuss their aspirations and challenges, help them to add more value by dealing with issues that negatively affect them like unfit middle management.
