Suggestions for improvement
- Provide more paid time off and provide lower cost benefits.
Very isolated. Lacks support. No energy. Call center is depressing.
Goals just keep getting harder. No support, just being told what to do. Very disengaged.
Absolutely none. This is a job where you're left alone and don't work with anyone.
They forced employees to run everything by a manager. Employees can't make any decisions on their own.
