Suggestions for improvement
- Vending machines in break rooms would be a nice perk.
Very isolated. Lacks support. No energy. Call center is depressing.
Goals just keep getting harder. No support, just being told what to do. Very disengaged.
Absolutely none. This is a job where you're left alone and don't work with anyone.
They forced employees to run everything by a manager. Employees can't make any decisions on their own.
Again, remote employees, so there's little opportunity for rapport, teamwork, and fostering relationships.
Typical production environment. Hurry up and do a good job. Only get regular feedback about the negatives.
Everyone is remote or isolated in cubicles.
It's pretty much, "do what you're told", along with micro-managing. Typical call center.
