Overall compensation for your work
Pay is lower than comparative positions. Benefits are nonexistent. No 401k. Very little vacation. Only 5 paid holidays, and those only for select employees. Health insurance only offered to select employees.
Required minimum 50 hour workweek in office regardless of workload or additional time spent working at home.
Upper level position involved too much administrative work. Saving pennies often had management cutting mailers down with a paper cutter.
Inclusive / Diverse
Specifically asked during the interview process which church I attend. "You don't have to answer, but then I don't have to hire you either."
What I dislike about the company
Large business managed as though it's a small business. Management is cut-throat and has no desire to work together or build one another up.
