The management is unfair. If you're not family, don't expect anything.
Support from management
No matter how good of a worker you are, management does not stand by you.
Too much gossip and name calling.
Freedom to work independently
While some play others are expected to pick up the slack.
All information is second hand and most of the time information is twisted to benefit the management.
Certain woman do very well in this company. But for all the wrong reasons.
This company would rather hire someone without experience or training than promote or hire someone when trained in several departments.
Overall compensation for your work
No. They hire, send you to a temp agency to be paid. This way they don't have to hire full-time employees with benefits.
Office / Work Environment
Force to work in a small room with blinds closed because management breaking rules and fear of being caught.
With family company, their family comes before yours.
No. This company from the outside is ideal. Once you work there, it's nothing like you would think. The unprofessionalism of the people that work there. From profanity to more serious matters. Not the best work environment.
Yes and no. Depends on which part of the company you work for.
Yes they provide training but some do not abide. Making an unsafe environment.
