Poor upper management.
Support from management
Lower level employees are escape goats for known problem management. Abusive screaming and yelling in the office by middle management staff. Credit for accomplisents are not given to the actual people responsible.
Inclusive / Diverse
Personal Religion is forced on others, one employee refuses to have a holiday party to include all diverse employees because of thier personal belief that it has to be a Christmas party.
Suggestions for improvement
- Improved manager training. An Actual complaint process that is followed through on. Owners forcing compliance from upper management to be truthful and keep them appraised of situations, concerns. Honesty from upper management. Accountability in upper management.
What I like about the company
The children and clients that are provided services.
What I dislike about the company
Treatment of employees is as if they have no value. Abuse is allowed by companies upper management and legitimate complaints are ignored.
