Support from Management
I believe the management and supervisors could be more professional. When conflict arises they almost always leave it to the employees to "fight it out". There is obvious favoritism. The owner is quite toxic.
Level of Autonomy
This is maybe the one thing they do right. Everyone is responsible for relatively the same thing.
They do have annual meeting but day to day,everything is kept secret from employees.
