Suggestions for improvement
- I would look at ways to provide synergy across all departments.
The company has a good culture. However, I had a manager who had very poor communication skills.
My manager was extremely political. He contradicted himself, and did not want to hear employees' input for office problems.
Teamwork is critically important. I had a very weak manager. So, I relied on my team to complete my projects in a correct and timely manner
