Suggestions for improvement
- I'd suggest that you offer a severance package for those whose jobs are suddenly cut out. That, or offer your loyal employees another position within the company.
I like about the employer
It was a great place to walk into each morning. I felt like there was a lot of camaraderie between both employees and management. The benefits were great. Plus, the on-site gym, doctors office, and bistro makes it smoother to get things taken care of right at work rather then taking time off for those things.
