There is favoritism between supervisors and certain employees. There is no fairness or trust unless your being fake.
Support from Management
Lack of leadership, inexperienced, favortism, false promises.
Met some great people.
Level of Autonomy
None of your ideas or solutions are heard.
Communication was getting better. But only certain people were kept in the loop. A lot of pressure to hit ridiculous numbers with not enough tools, employees, material etc...
