- Top management should solicit input from middle management beyond those that inject their agenda ahead of all others.
I like about the employer
Very short commute to office.Reasonable compensation
I dislike about the employer
When hired I asked for assurances the company was not being sold as I was leaving a long time employer to join the firm. I was assured this was not the case. Two months later the company was being sold. Two months after that I was laid off and 8unemployed.
