Upper management does not support the team leads, team leads are overwhelmed by the number of employees to supervise
Generally unable to choose your teammates, often times leads to problems with some workers doing more than others.
Freedom to work independently
Speed and goals are dictated by upper management and if you do not meet their requirements you are penalized - the whole work table is held to one standard.
