- To listen to the supervisors that are working in the field. To understand and make necessary changes when needed. To be there when help and problems arise and certain questions need to be answered.
What I like about the company
I was fortunate to be placed at a site that was very good. The people I worked with were great and my time there was good.
What I dislike about the company
I worked well with management, but found it difficult at times to make them understand the problems I had to deal with on a constant basis.
