The Supervisor is boss and his work is law. Most of the time they look at things objectively.

Could be better. Employees are often over worked.
Communication is key at Blue Beacon. You'll always know what's been done and what needs to be done.
For the most part Blue Beacon has good equality, but there Are some cases where it pretty set in what gender gets what role.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They tend to have a very poor attitude towards older/ex-employees.
Very poor career development. I spent eight and a half years in the same position I started in.
Overall compensation for your work
Poor benefits. No dental or vision and actually pays for very little.
Office / Work Environment
The work conditions could stand to be better.
Blue Beacon is pretty socially awkward, but I give them a point for trying.
The work-life balance is pretty far off. Inconsistent weeks and days off. Work depends on the weather.
Over the years I worked there, our customers have had a very poor image of Blue Beacon as a whole. Not sure what's changed.
People are often coming and going at Blue Beacon.
In a word? No.
Safety is number one at Blue Beacon and they have rules and procedures that help everyone maintain the level of safety you would expect for a truck washing company.
The work is Plenty challenging. Personally, I only felt a sense of accomplishment when I Wasn't at work.

The company has it's own way of doing things and they prefer that you adhere .to policy/

- Actually listen to what your employees say and try to work with them.
What I like about the company
The people I worked with. They were what made working at Blue Beacon fun.
What I dislike about the company
How unreliable working there was. with all the hour cuts and the downtime cuts. And don't even get me talking about bad weather.
