Suggestions for improvement
- Take the bar manager off of prime events, since she gets paid more than the rest of the FOH, and giving it to people who need it more than her... Also, realizing that she isn't the only beneficial employee of the company.
I like about the employer
Being supported when customers got out of line, and the different types of people you would meet.
I dislike about the employer
Wasn't keen on constructive adivce, the bar manager would take the prime shifts for herself, even people who worked there for years didn't get first pick of prime events or shifts, being belittled in a passive aggressive way.
